Bible Study Teacher Evaluation Form: This evaluation form is designed to gather feedback about the MtCBC Mid-Day Bible study teacher's effectiveness in leading the class and facilitating spiritual growth. Your honest responses will help in the continued development of this ministry. • Bible Study Goal: For students to gain a deeper knowledge of God, and that the knowledge gained will transform their lives from the inside with the transformation reflected on the outside. • Bible Study Objectives: 1.
